Chef Mark Moriarty discusses with Mark Murphy the background to his first cookbook, Flavour. He’ll share with you cooking tips, answer your cooking questions, and demonstrate simple dishes that you can cook at home.

Mark Moriarty is a 31-year-old chef based in Dublin. With 15 years of experience in professional kitchens, he worked most recently at The Greenhouse Restaurant, which held two Michelin stars. There, he worked alongside head chef Mickael Viljanen and the small kitchen brigade. Mark’s hugely popular RTÉ One TV series Off Duty Chef returned for Season 4 in 2023. Mark is a former San Pellegrino World Young Chef of The Year and was listed on Forbes’ ’30 Under 30′ list for innovation in the arts.
Join Mark as he demos recipes from his new book Flavour. By bringing restaurant know-how home, Mark’s home cooking packs ordinary dishes so full of flavour, you just want to try them for yourself. And now you can with this exciting first cookbook. Filled with 100 delicious, but totally achievable recipes, Mark will show you how to get the basics right every time and elevate everyday meals such as chicken and mushroom lasagne and slow-cooked lamb curry into something so special your friends and family will be asking for the recipe too.

Mark Murphy is the owner of the Dingle Cookery School and the Little Cheese Shop.
