Oliver Jeffers to Headline Dingle Literary Festival

The Dingle Literary Festival is thrilled to announce that acclaimed author and illustrator Oliver Jeffers will be headlining this year’s event. Jeffers, who is known for his enchanting picture books such as How to Catch a Star and Lost and Found, will be sharing his insights and creative journey with festival attendees.
In the first event ‘How We Got Here’, Oliver Jeffers and surfer and scientist Easkey Britton will discuss our impact on the planet and where we might go from here. Seán Mac an tSíthigh will chair what will be a fascinating conversation. You can book tickets here.
In the second event Oliver will discuss his long-awaited brand-new picture book, Where to Hide a Star, featuring his much-loved characters, The Boy and The Penguin. The latest book’s publication will be a pinnacle moment in a year that celebrates the 20th anniversary of Oliver’s debut picture book, How to Catch a Star. Oliver will be interviewed by Dingle Lit committee member Mia Colleran. This event is ideally suited for age 11+. You can book tickets here.
